Luciano Cleistenes is a lawyer, holding a law degree from the Catholic University of Pernambuco, admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association since 2016 and to the Portuguese Bar Association since 2023.
With ten years of consolidated experience in civil litigation, he practised at law firms in Rio de Janeiro and Pernambuco. His career centres on the management of complex disputes, where he developed expertise in resolving conflicts involving multiple jurisdictions.
He stands out for his training in mediation, having been a finalist of the 1st International Mediation Tournament of the International Academy of Dispute Resolution — INADR, an experience that reinforces his ability to guide clients through strategic negotiation and alternative dispute resolution.
Within the Brazilian legal profession, he has been a member of the Commission for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of OAB-RJ since 2022, where he works as a researcher, contributing to the development of case law and practice in human rights and accessibility.
A founding partner of GRPC Private Legal Office, Luciano leads the practice in civil litigation, structuring of international contracts and high-complexity disputes.
