Bruno Gutman is a lawyer, admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association since 2003 and to the Portuguese Bar Association since 2018.
With more than 23 years of consolidated legal experience, he was founder and managing partner of Gutman e Silva Advogados, in Rio de Janeiro, a sizeable firm structured across several practice areas.
A long track record in the internal governance of Brazilian sports federations (general meetings, electoral processes, regulations, athlete registrations) and in the strategic relationship between athletes, clubs and agents.
Experience in sports compliance and ethics under international regulations, having served as President of the Sports Justice Tribunal of the Brazilian Modern Pentathlon Confederation. He currently sits on the Tribunal of the International Modern Pentathlon Federation.
Awarded the title of Honorary Member of the Football Federation of the State of Rio de Janeiro in 2004, granted by unanimous resolution of the General Assembly for services rendered to football.
Established in Portugal since 2018, he operates at the intersection of European legal rigour and the business agility of the Brazilian ecosystem, bringing a transnational perspective to his clients' complex legal challenges.
He is currently a founding partner of GRPC Private Legal Office, where he works on structuring legal transactions, startups, technology, innovation, venture capital and sports law.
An angel investor in startups through AngelsWay, he served as Director of Funcex Europa, Board Member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Beiras Region and Member of the Board of the Braga Delegation of the Portuguese Bar Association.
