We work to promote, protect and defend the rights of neurodivergent people, advising individuals, families, educational institutions, companies and organisations. We develop solutions focused on inclusion, accessibility, education, health, work, reasonable accommodation, combating discrimination and implementing inclusive policies, advancing the effective realisation of the rights guaranteed by Portuguese, European and international law.
Every mandate is led by a partner, who remains the point of contact from start to finish. The support team exists to accelerate, never to replace direct contact.
We work backwards from the outcome the client needs to protect and design the path to get there, with a realistic reading of both jurisdictions.
